LARGO VISTA ENTERTAINMENT SELECTED TO PRODUCE “ROSARITO INTERNATIONAL JAZZ FESTIVAL”

CANYON COUNTRY, California (October 14, 2003) - Officials with Largo Vista Entertainment Inc. (LVE) announced today the Secretario de Turismo, Baja California Mexico, has selected LVE to develop and produce the 1st annual “Rosarito International Jazz Festival” (RIJF).

RIJF is scheduled to take place in Rosarito Beach, Baja California Mexico on September 17-19, 2004. RIJF, designed as an annual, 3-day outdoor jazz music festival, will feature some of jazz music’s most prominent musicians from around the globe, including Mexico, USA, Canada, Cuba, Europe and Asia, expecting to attract up to 15,000 jazz fans the first year of operation.

Other features include international food, beverage, and crafts vendors, and international tourism information booths.

Kurt Wilson, President of LVE and Executive Producer of RIJF states; “We are very pleased to make this important announcement. We have spent a great deal of time looking at the feasibility of RIJF, and are confident in presenting a great mix of Latin, Fusion and Traditional jazz in such a beautiful beach setting will go over really big with jazz fans year after year”.

“The success of the first year will be crucial to continuing RIJF year after year. And the support of the City of Rosarito, Baja Department of Turismo, and the business leaders of Rosarito Beach is an important first step to accomplishing our goals to produce a quality, well respected, and fun music festival,” says Wilson. “The City of Rosarito and the State of Baja California are very excited to host the very first ‘Rosarito International Jazz Festival",” says Secretario de Turismo Alejandro Moreno Medina. “This is big league, and just what we need to attract a new tourism demographic to Rosarito and Baja in general”.

Fidelfa Marchesini De La Fuente, Regional Director, Secretario de Turismo for Baja California adds “This is going to be a great festival, and we are looking forward to working with LVE in making this a success year after year”.

Some of the artists being considered to perform at RIJF 2004 include Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, Hiroshima, Pancho Sanchez, Pete Escovedo Orchestra, and Arturo Sandoval to name a few. In keeping with the ‘international concept’ LVE will also be booking acts from various countries around the globe.
